At Kavala Collective, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your activewear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
